when i was a sophomore in college, all of my best friends decided to live together while i thought it would be a good idea to branch out and live with the roommates i met in the dorms. i ended up spending a lot of time at my friends' place, barging in unexpectedly, raiding their fridge, hanging out on their couch when no one was home.. you know. normal things. {right...? i'm normal. don't you tell me any different.} anyway. my friends were classifying themselves into sitcom archetypes one day {because normal people do that sort of thing} and you know what i got..?! annoying jewish neighbor! that's right you guys. i'm the kramer, nay, the kimmy gibbler or my friends' lives! but you know what, i think i'm ok with that. i'm in good company! here is a list of TV's most beloved annoying neighbors.

14. the chubby white kid from the cosby show who never speaks

from the cosby show.

apparently his name is peter. his cuteness makes up for his turning up at inappropriate times.

13. sam anders

from clarissa explains it all.

he's always popping up in her window with that annoying accompanying guitar riff every time! you know the one. hows about a little privacy, sam!

try as he might to show uncle phil that jazz is an okay guy, will is constantly made to look a fool by jazz's crazy antics!

whether he is hitting on the twins or their friends, roger is almost always up in their business! however, is always there for the girls in a pinch. so there's that.

he's paranoid, loud, crazy, nosy, and bossy. but usually he's all talk and you miss him when he's not around.

lock your doors people, kimmy gibbler is coming, and she won't leave til she's messed up your house and eaten all your food and embarrassed all your family members! but she does it with such flair and panache...go ahead, let her in. you'll enjoy yourself.

put a helmet on your head and bubble-wrap on your furniture, because this walking, talking disaster is coming over and will leave plenty of destruction in his wake. in his defense, he's got a killer catchphrase and he's smart to boot.

this clown just doesn't know when to quit. he's always at your place, stealing your food, using your stuff, and being eccentric. but life is just so boring without him, you let him in anyway.
